DU Cut Off 2017 Released for the Delhi University Admissions

The University of Delhi has released the DU Cut Off 2017 List for admissions into first year UG Courses like B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, Arts, Commerce, and Science. Around 4 lakhs candidates had applied for the Delhi University Courses from May 22 to June 12. Candidates those who are eagerly waiting can check Delhi University First Cut Off List and College wise Cut-Off marks from the official website at du.ac.in.

The highest was 99.66 per cent for BSc (Hons) Electronics in SGTB Khalsa College. In humanities stream, Khalsa again set the highest cut- off at 99 per cent for BA (Hons) Political Science, according to the list available here.

Meanwhile, for the DU UG 2017 admission process, all the candidates are required to keep the below-mentioned documents:

UPSC NDA 2 Application Form Released on June 7, 2017

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a notification on June 7 inviting all the candidates to apply for National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II) examinations 2017.

All the aspirants can fill the NDA application form, for approx 390 vacant posts, which includes, 208 posts for the Indian Army, 72 posts for the Indian Air Force, 55 posts for the Indian Navy and 55 posts for the Indian Naval Academy.

To work in the army, all the candidates should have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from any recognized board of education. However, to work in the Airforce and Navy, candidates should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board.

The last date for the submission of the online applications is 30 June 2017 and the date of written examination for the NDA and NA Examination is 10 September 2017.

  • Click on the online application for NDA & NA II Exam 2017.
  • Read all the important instructions before filling online application.

NEET 2018: All You Need to Know About the Examination

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is going to conduct the NEET 2018 examination on May, 2018 as per regulations framed under the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 and the Dentists Act 1948.

As per the directions of Honrable Supreme Court, all the vacant seats of MBBS and BDS courses of all colleges across the country will be filled on the basis of NEET exam rank only. However, institutions established through an Act of Parliament that are AIIMS and JIPMER Puducherry, will arrange their examinations individually.

Candidates must be 17 years old at the time of taking admission. The upper age limit for NEET is 25 years for general category candidates and for reserved categories the upper age limit is 30 years.

From 2017, all the condidates will get maximum three attempts for the examination and no previous attempt before 2017 will be counted to apply for the NEET exam.

It is necessary for a candidate to obtain minimum of marks at 50th percentile in NEET for 2018. The percentile will be determined on the basis of highest marks secured in the all-India common merit list.
